Olivier d'Ythurbide : Antiquaire

Already 10 years since Olivier d'Ythurbide and his business partner Benoit Fauquenot opened their 2-storeyed antique shop at Serpette market in the famous Paris flea market at St Ouen.
Having spent 10 years in the auction room "La Salle de Vente Saint Honoré" on rue de Saint Honoré in Paris, from 1981-1991, where  Olivier d'Ythurbide learned the profession from his contact with professional antique dealers, he went on to become manager of the auction room and advertising manager for the publication of the specialised "Gazette Saint-Honoré". In early 1992 he moved to the Serpette market and in 1995 joined forces with Benoit Fauquenot. In 1996 they purchased Stand 25, located in Alley 6 of the market, a larger boutique which they renovated and work from today.
